For all products, please read their user guide at first, and then if there is any problem you can resolve by yourself, please contact DELOSGROUP dirctly or authorized DELOS distributor and agent. The technology engineer will help you to debug all problem by internet or phone.

If there is a need for repair, trust DELOS devices to DELOSGROUP for a combination of direct and authorized DELOS distributor and agent. This will ensure that the repairs are performed properly, using only factory designed and authorized test fixtures, authorized parts and certified personnel employed directly, or trained by DELOS.

Under normal conditions, DELOS supports a product for a minimum of 1~2 years, though typically longer, after product retirement. DELOS's ability to continue support after the initial years period is dependent upon availability of spare parts and vendor obsolescence issues that are beyond DELOS's control.
